In this transmission we discuss the energetics of the discomforts that we experience through our journey of expansion. This was in part inspired by the quote: “Growth is not meant to feel safe, it’s meant to set you free.”
Growth often feels unsafe because it stretches us into the unknown, stirring discomfort and disregulation in the body and nervous system. Yet this isn’t wrong, it is part of the sacred dance and training ground that strengthens us and builds resilience as we expand.
This conversation is a reminder: the soul isn't seeking the human comforts of the ego, it seeks our evolution.
